Here’s A Basic Fitness Plan For Absolutely Anyone Who [Aims~Wants} To Lose Weight
I was so badly out of shape, it was unforgivable. Well before I ever thought of writing any Ab Rocket reviews, I was quite overweight, and just not happy at all in my own skin. It was terrible. I looked for excuses all the time, it was my metabolism, good healthy food just cost too much, and even more. Let me say that whilst I did have a low metabolism, this was just one small contributor to the overall problem.
The first contributing factor to all of this was that I did not eat well. I mean, healthy food is for rich people, right? Litle did I know that it was not that it was expensive, it was that my portion size was way too big. I was also too self concious to be seen in a Gym full of fitness fanatics who might judge me because of my size. After my first time at the Gym, it did become apparent to me that most people are at the Gym for one thing. To lose weight. Not all people at the Gym are super fit!
Here’s the thing. I would not be writing this article if there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Right now, I am still far from my ideal weight, but I can tell you that I am well on my way. Under 80 kilograms, and going strong. So, you want to know what my secret fitness plan was?
If you could change one thing above all else, it will always be your diet. This is the stuff that powers your body, and gives you the energy to tacke the day, and is just so important! The right diet will give you the ability to burn fat, to repair muscle, and speed up your matabolism. I will give examples as I go through my workouts for you.
To start off any good workout, I do a warmup on the Treadmill for at least 4kms or so at an average pace of 6kph. This helps me get my heart rate up and into that fat burning zone. It is essential to warm up before any workout, and the treadmill is the ideal machine for that. Just be sure to consult with your doctor first, as they will be able to identify where your fat burning zone is, and they will be able to guide you on best practice when it comes to pushing yourself too hard. Keep your water intake up as well, as you are only going to lose water from your body as you workout.
The next one is a bit of a hard one for newcomers. I am taking about the Crosstrainer. My first attempt resulted in 5 minutes on, and 10 minutes on the floor, so take this one slow, but be aware that you wil quickly be able to get yourself to a point where you can do a 20 minute workout. Start slow, use low resistance, and gradually build it up until you get to your fat burning zone. Again, remember to keep your water intake up.
The next step in the chain is your muscle growth. This is essential, as this will increase your metabolism, your core strength, and will give you the ability to absorb more of what you put into your body. There is no real need to specify a regeime here however, as each person is just so different. Speak to a gym consultant, and they will be able to help you along.
It is worth noting that if you are new to this, you are going to end up being quite sore after your workouts. It is in this sense that I recommend good intake of protein rich foods after a workout as to help with muscle repair. This will also reduce the pain after workouts.
This is how I got into shape, and am still continuing on my journey. Quite simple, isn’t it? If you would like, you can read more about how I got into shape at the Ab Rocket Reviews. In the meantime, I do need to make one last recommendation, and it is an important one. Please, before you try any of this, please see your doctor. It is essential to know your limits, and know where your fat burning zone is.
